A durable 5mm wetsuit jacket featuring a full-length YKK VISLON® front zipper for easy entry and secure closure. Designed with sleeve cuff zippers and a hip flap with stainless steel buckle for a stable fit—ideal for cold-water layering systems and OEM/private label development. Optional matching hood available.
5mm Wetsuit Jacket – Front Zip & Sleeve Cuff Zips is designed as a practical outer-layer wetsuit jacket for colder conditions and modular wetsuit systems. The 5mm neoprene body provides warmth support, while the full-length YKK VISLON® front zipper (from collar to bottom) makes the jacket easy to put on and take off.
For comfort and fit control, the collar is finished with Lycra piping with zigzag stitching. The jacket also includes zippers on both sleeve cuffs for easier entry and a cleaner seal at the wrists. A hip flap with a stainless steel buckle helps stabilize the lower edge during movement and water activity.
An optional matching hood can be added to extend coverage for colder conditions. For wholesale and private label programs, we support OEM/ODM customization including thickness, sizing, panel layout, zipper details, and branding. Providing a physical sample or paper pattern is the fastest way to match your preferred fit and construction.
