VAPP E Foam is a lightweight EVA-based shock-absorbing foam designed to reduce impact force while maintaining low stretch and reliable cushioning performance. Compared with VAPP R Foam (NBR), E Foam offers lower density and lighter weight, making it an excellent choice for products that require impact protection without adding unnecessary weight.
We offer three standard models—E-5S, E-6S, and E-10S—allowing OEM customers to select the appropriate balance between weight and cushioning performance for different applications.

EVA Base Material
VAPP E Foam is manufactured using a lightweight EVA foam structure engineered to provide effective energy absorption while maintaining flexibility and stable performance during repeated use.
Unlike roll materials, VAPP E Foam is supplied as pre-cut sheets rather than full rolls. Detailed sheet dimensions, technical specifications, and density information for each model are provided in the tables below.
